Here at The Good Gratitude, we want to make sure that you’re 100% happy with your purchase, and we will always work with you to ensure that. Here’s our refund policy:
Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, The Good Gratitude cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. We strongly recommend returning the parcel with tracking.
EXCHANGE POLICY
The Good Gratitude does not accept exchanges. If you would like to return an item and receive a new or alternate product, please lodge a standard return. Then place a new order through our website.

How to process a return
To start a return, contact us at hello@thegoodgratitude.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Date of Purchase
Items to be returned for refund
State the reason for return
Note - We will not pay the cost of shipping an item back to us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Note - If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, we will pay the cost of shipping the item back to us.
The Good Gratitude reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.
In the event that a return is received, which, upon inspection, does not meet our requirements, we will return the item to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
